Request account deletion
Send the request from the email address registered with locallyft. This helps us verify ownership and protect your account from unauthorised deletion.

Use the subject “Account deletion request” and include your registered email address and business name.

We verify the request
We may ask you to confirm account or business details. Do not send passwords, payment card numbers or identity documents unless our support team specifically explains why they are required.
Connected publishing is stopped
We disconnect integrations and stop future locallyft schedules associated with the deleted workspace.
Account data is deleted
After verification, we aim to complete deletion within 30 days. Active backups may take additional time to cycle out and remain protected while retained.
We confirm completion
We send confirmation to the registered email address when the request has been processed.
What is deleted
- Your locallyft user profile and workspace access.
- Connected business profile data and stored integration credentials.
- Saved brand details, prompts, drafts, generated content and schedules.
- Product usage information linked directly to your account, unless retention is required for a reason below.
Information we may retain
We may retain limited records where required or permitted for tax, accounting, fraud prevention, security, dispute resolution or legal compliance. Retained records are restricted to those purposes and removed when no longer required. Aggregated or irreversibly anonymised information is not personal account data and may be retained.
Before you delete
- Export any content or reports you want to keep.
- Cancel the subscription to stop future renewals. Deletion and cancellation are separate processes; see Refunds & Cancellation.
- Review and remove queued content you no longer want published.
Deletion is permanent. Once completed, your workspace, drafts and reports cannot be restored.
Disconnect Google immediately
You can revoke locallyft’s Google access at any time through your Google Account connections. Revocation stops future access but does not itself delete the locallyft account or previously stored data.
Delete specific data instead
If you want to keep your account but remove a connected integration, content item or other specific information, email hello@locallyft.app and describe what should be removed.
