Terms of Service

1. Agreement to these terms

By creating an account, purchasing a subscription or using locallyft, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you use locallyft for an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure and promptly tell us about suspected unauthorised use. You are responsible for activity performed through your account unless caused by our failure to use reasonable security measures.

3. The locallyft service

locallyft helps businesses audit and improve SEO, Google My Business, GEO and Social Presence, and may create, recommend, schedule or publish marketing content. Features can change as we improve the service. We may introduce, modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice when practical.

4. Connected services

You may connect Google and other third-party accounts. You authorise locallyft to access and act on those services within the permissions you approve, including retrieving performance information and publishing approved content. You are responsible for complying with each connected service’s rules. Third-party services may change, restrict or discontinue access without our control.

5. Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of business data, prompts, brand assets and content you submit. You grant locallyft a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, process, reproduce and transmit that content only as needed to operate, secure and improve the requested service.

You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed for content you provide or ask us to publish, including trademarks, images, customer information and testimonials.

6. AI-generated output

AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate or similar to material generated for others. You must review content before approving or publishing it and remain responsible for factual claims, offers, legal disclosures, intellectual property and platform compliance. Do not rely on locallyft for legal, financial or other professional advice.

7. Acceptable use

You must not use locallyft to:

• Break any law, platform rule or third-party right.
• Create deceptive, discriminatory, hateful, abusive or harmful content.
• Send spam, manipulate reviews, impersonate others or misrepresent a business.
• Upload malware, probe security, overload systems or bypass access controls.
• Reverse engineer, resell or copy the service except where expressly permitted.
• Use personal or sensitive data without a valid legal basis and proper notice.

8. Subscriptions and payment

Paid plans are billed at the price and interval shown when you subscribe, plus applicable taxes. Unless cancelled, subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle. You authorise our payment provider to charge the selected payment method. We may change future pricing with advance notice; the new price applies from a later renewal.

9. Intellectual property

locallyft and its software, branding, interface, documentation and underlying technology are owned by locallyft or its licensors. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service during your account term; they do not transfer ownership.

10. Availability and changes

We work to keep locallyft available and secure but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Maintenance, emergencies, internet failures and third-party platform changes may cause interruptions. We may limit access when reasonably needed for security, legal compliance or service stability.

11. Suspension and termination

You may stop using locallyft or cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security risk, unlawful conduct or harm to the service or others. When practical, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue. You may separately request deletion through our Account Deletion page.

12. Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, locallyft is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, locallyft will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, data or business opportunity. Our total liability for claims relating to the service will not exceed the amount you paid to locallyft during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

14. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify locallyft against third-party claims arising from your content, connected accounts, unlawful use or material breach of these terms.

15. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Before starting formal proceedings, both sides agree to try to resolve a dispute in good faith by written notice. Courts with lawful jurisdiction will have authority over unresolved disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer rights.

16. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will post the revised date. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably required. Continued use after the effective date means you accept the updated terms.
